Terms & Conditions

1. General Overview

Vector Arts is a creative design studio specializing in packaging design, branding, and related graphic design services.
All services provided by Vector Arts are subject to these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

2. Project Initiation & Payment Terms

• A 60% advance payment of the total project cost (as stated in the quotation or contract) is required before the commencement of any design or production work.

• The remaining 40% balance must be paid before the submission or release of final files, artwork, or printed material.

• All payments must be made through the approved payment methods shared by Vector Arts.

• The amount once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances, as time and creative effort are invested immediately after project initiation.

• Any additional revisions, design adaptations, or scope changes requested after approval of the initial concept may incur additional charges, which will be communicated prior to execution.

 

3. Project Timelines

• Estimated timelines are shared at the beginning of each project; however, delivery schedules depend on timely feedback and approvals from the client.

• Vector Arts shall not be held responsible for any delays caused due to delayed responses, content submissions, or third-party dependencies (e.g., printers, suppliers, or logistics).

 

4. Design Ownership & Copyright

• Upon full and final payment, the client obtains Ownership rights for the approved final design deliverables.

• Vector Arts retains copyright ownership of all original design concepts, mockups, or source files before the final payment.

• Unused or rejected concepts remain the intellectual property of Vector Arts and cannot be reproduced, reused, or modified by the client.
   

5. Revisions & Feedback

• Each project includes a predefined number of revisions as mentioned in the proposal.

• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be chargeable based on the complexity and time involved.

 

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information, designs, or business strategies shared during the course of the project.

7. Cancellation Policy

• In case the client wishes to cancel the project mid-way, no refund of the advance payment will be issued.

• If any additional work beyond the advance amount has been completed, Vector Arts reserves the right to invoice for the same before ceasing work.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vector Arts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or designs.
The client is responsible for verifying the accuracy of content, spellings, and other details before final approval.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
